AIM Institute's Custom Training offerings provide technical training for employers, from upskilling an existing workforce to converting existing employees to tech workers.

AIM developed the “Callers to Coders” curriculum for Physicians Mutual, which retrains existing teleservice representatives for entry-level tech careers.
This program teaches customer service and call center employees the skills needed to fill basic, entry-level IT jobs. Modules included: Computing Foundations, Introduction to Programming with Python, Business Intelligence, Foundations of Web Development, and Programming Intermediate (Java).
A state of Nebraska grant may be available to cover up to half of the cost of this program. Contact us for more.
