The Strategic Leadership Academy senior managers and directors on the verge of transitioning into executive-level leadership. It focuses on equipping participants with the skills needed to lead large, diverse teams, drive innovation, and make high-stakes decisions. With a strong emphasis on strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, participants will learn to align team efforts with broader organizational goals.

The Academy’s curriculum includes presentations by high-performing, experienced senior leaders, peer discussions, and focuses on the following key areas of development.
This is a seven-month program. The below dates are for the sessions TBA, from May 2025 – December 2025.

Registration and approval from your organization is required to participate. The class is limited to 30 participants to allow for increased engagement with instructors and individual attention. The registration deadline is Nov 25th.
Register TodayIn order for participants to receive a full refund, they must withdraw before the first class, May, 2025. Transfer of a registration to a co-worker is allowed. If withdrawal occurs after this date, participants will be obligated to AIM to pay the full tuition amount. Refunds will be generated within 30 business days of receipt of notice of withdrawal.
