The AIM Emerging Leadership Academy helps IT talent discern whether they want to continue as a tech worker or head down an IT management track. The program also develops knowledge and leadership skills to assist the individuals on their chosen career path.

With a kick-off mixer from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
April 10th: 1 – 5 p.m.

May 22nd: 1 – 5 p.m.
June 5th: 1 – 5 p.m.
June 19th: 1 – 5 p.m.
June 26th: 12 – 5 p.m.

Registration and approval from your organization is required to participate. The class is limited to 30 participants to allow for increased engagement with instructors and individual attention. The registration deadline is March 27th, 2025. Participation: Class size is limited. A Selection Committee chooses participants based on the applicant’s leadership potential, motivation, ability to identify and meet IT challenges and interest in the program. AIM membership is NOT required to apply. However, AIM membership is required to be a member of the Leadership Academy. If selected for the class and your organization is not a member of AIM, the membership team will make contact and a membership agreement, with fees, is required prior to orientation. Participants will not be permitted to begin the program without a current AIM membership.
Register TodayIn order for participants to receive a full refund, they must withdraw before the first class, March 27th, 2025. Transfer of a registration to a co-worker is allowed. If withdrawal occurs after this date, participants will be obligated to AIM to pay the full tuition amount. Refunds will be generated within 30 business days of receipt of notice of withdrawal.
