The AIM Institute's Impact Leadership is an annual management course for technology professionals. The program consists of one full day of training each month for seven months (December 2025 – June 2026). Each session focuses on a common on-the-job issue faced by tech managers.
Impact is the flagship leadership development program offered by the AIM Institute, tailored specifically for experienced professionals seeking to ascend to leadership positions at the highest levels. Collaborating with Bellevue University, this immersive experience seamlessly integrates executive coaching, comprehensive 360-degree feedback, strategic planning, and advanced leadership theory into a transformative journey.
