Your organization must approve and register you to participate. The class is structured for higher engagement with instructors and personalized attention. The registration deadline is 24 hours prior to the first session.
Participation: Class size and seats are limited.
A Selection Committee will choose participants based on their leadership potential, motivation, ability to identify and solve IT challenges, and interest in the program.
Joining AIM is not required to apply. However, AIM membership is necessary to join the Elevate Academy. If you are selected and your organization is not an AIM member, the membership team will contact you, and you will need to complete a membership agreement with fees before the orientation.
Participants cannot begin the program without a current AIM membership.

For participants to receive a full refund, they must withdraw at least 30 days before the first session. Transfer of a registration to a co-worker is allowed. If withdrawal occurs after this date, participants will be obligated to AIM to pay the full tuition amount. Refunds will be generated within 30 business days of receipt of notice of withdrawal. All notices of withdrawal must be submitted via email to: elevate@aiminstitute.org.
