The AIM Institute’s Impact Leadership is an annual management course for technology professionals. The program consists of training each month for eight months. Each session focuses on common on-the-job issues faced by technology leaders.

February 10th 2026
This session equips senior-level leaders with the tools to refine impactful leadership approaches that drive high performance. Participants explore how leadership styles influence culture, employee development, and strategic outcomes, and gain practical strategies to adapt their leadership approach to foster growth, collaboration, and empowered teams.
March 10th 2026
This hands-on workshop introduces 360° feedback as a powerful tool for leadership development. Participants design a customized 360° assessment tailored to their organization, gaining insight into best practices for selecting competencies and crafting meaningful feedback. Results will serve as a foundation for future executive coaching and ongoing leadership growth.
April 14th 2026
This workshop equips leaders with essential coaching skills to strengthen relationships, unlock employee potential, and improve performance. Participants learn how a coaching-based leadership approach fosters continuous learning, increases engagement, and supports strategic goal achievement, while developing practical plans to integrate coaching into their day-to-day leadership practices.
May 12th 2026
This session explores how personality influences communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and relationships. Participants assess their own personality type, examine how personal traits shape team dynamics and organizational alignment, and gain insight into how diverse perspectives strengthen leadership effectiveness and drive higher-quality outcomes across the organization.
June 9th 2026
This session moves beyond daily operations to examine strategic leadership responsibilities and alignment with corporate goals. Participants explore the connection between operations and strategy, review the four phases of a strategic management model, and gain practical insight into how senior leaders can actively influence and drive organizational direction and long-term success.
July 14th 2026
This workshop reframes conflict as a strategic asset, focusing on how diverse perspectives strengthen critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving. Participants assess their own conflict preferences and gain practical insights into fostering a culture where healthy tension drives innovation, collaboration, and improved organizational performance.
August 11th 2026
This workshop explores how leadership behaviors and styles shape team culture, effectiveness, and results. Participants examine the core elements of high-functioning teams, the stages of team development, and the leadership competencies required to support collaboration, accountability, and sustained performance across the organization.
Sept 8th 2026
This capstone session focuses on sustaining growth beyond the program through trust-building, self-reflection, and authentic leader–follower relationships. Participants examine how ongoing development connects to meaningful organizational outcomes, identify future leadership priorities, and create actionable plans for continued growth, adaptability, and long-term impact.
Your organization must approve and register you to participate. The class is structured for higher engagement with instructors and personalized attention. The registration deadline is 24 hours prior to the first session.
Participation: Class size and seats are limited.
A Selection Committee will choose participants based on their leadership potential, motivation, ability to identify and solve IT challenges, and interest in the program.
Joining AIM is not required to apply. However, AIM membership is necessary to join the Elevate Academy. If you are selected and your organization is not an AIM member, the membership team will contact you, and you will need to complete a membership agreement with fees before the orientation.
Participants cannot begin the program without a current AIM membership.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of registration. AIM will consider alternative payment arrangements upon request. All requests must be submitted via email and include the circumstances that warrant a payment plan.
Refunds:
Withdraw 45 days or more before the first class to receive a full refund.
Withdraw between 44 and 31 days before the first class to receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made 30 days or less before the first class.
Transfers:
Registration may be transferred to a colleague at any time.
