PMI® Certification Training

This course is designed to prepare students to take and pass the PMI® PMP or CAPM exam. This course takes participants through the initiating, planning, execution, controlling and closing processes and uses group exercises as a hands-on approach to reinforce key concepts. Participants are given practical tips, memory joggers, best-practice advice on effective test taking, and recommended study materials and methods. Practice tests are included. This course is for students who desire to effectively manage and control a project through completion, have previously taken the Foundations of Project Management course, and aspire to pass the PMP or CAPM certification test.
