Bio Nebraska invites you to “Cultivating a Diverse and Inclusive Workplace Culture” a virtual presentation for Nebraska's Women in STEM featuring Kamecia Mason, the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) for McCarthy Building Companies.

Join Kamecia for a discussion about McCarthy’s journey in expanding its DE&I strategies across the company, including industry partnerships and the communities it serves, to create a culture that is rich, diverse and inclusive. She will include strategies for organizations, wherever they may be in their DE&I journey and will provide an opportunity to answer questions from the audience.
