Making Healthier Communities Possible: Data's Role in COVID-19 Response

This webinar will inform clinicians of what was done for the COVID-19 pandemic response in Nebraska. It will describe how the data within the health information exchange (HIE) was utilized for response efforts, and how this data was utilized by those doing care coordination to outreach to high risk patients.
