Immediate opening for a paid IT Internship.  Weekday hours available Monday through Friday - maximum 25 hours/week.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot all helpdesk requests including but not limited to PCs, printers, scanners, phones, copiers and non-proprietary software.
  • Assist with PC configuration and installation.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned. 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and working towards an Associate or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science or related field.
  • Able to adapt and re-prioritize tasks and requests throughout the work day, work in a team-oriented environment, and maintain information which is confidential in nature.
  • Possess effective problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills and project a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ideal candidate will have three to six months' experience in a technical position.
