Camps for Ages 9-11 Years One-Day Camps

Campers must fall within their age groups by the first day of camp. Sack lunch and refillable water bottle are required. Please download the Zoo Camp Information Packet for guidelines and FAQ's. Camps run 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

May 30 - Where the Wild Things Live
Have you ever wondered why animals live where they do? We will uncover how adaptations have helped animals adjust to various climates!

June 1 - Elephant and Rhinos
Explore some of the largest animals at our zoo!

June 2 - Animals Around the World
Seven continents, five major biomes, and countries habitats. It may not be possible to see them all, but we will try our best! join us as we explore animals from around the world!

June 3 - Fantastic Beasts
Join us for a magical day of learning about different mythological beasts found in the marvelous world of Harry Potter and the real-life animals that inspired them!

June 8 - Exploration Ocean
Is a jellyfish really a fish? Why are some fish so bright and beautiful? Campers will discover the secrets behind the fascinating lives of aquatic animals.

June 15 - Pika Zoo
Did you know real-life Pokemon are running wild at the zoo? We need your help to uncover and protect them.

June 22 - Modern Day Dinosaurs
Take a journey into the past. Discover the amazing connections between dinosaurs and living animals today. Learn fun and interesting facts about dinosaurs and the information scientists have gained from their fossils, theories on their mass extinction, and practical ways you can help protect animals today from going extinct.
