Camps for Ages 12-18 Years One Day Camps

Campers must fall within their age groups by the first day of camp. Sack lunch and refillable water bottle are required. Please download the Zoo Camp Information Packet for guidelines and FAQ's. Camps run 9 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.

Everyone has their own niche. Come learn about animal niches and find your niche as a conversationist!

-June 15 - Animal Engineers
Explore the homes and habitats of nature's natural builders. Dive into the animal world and become an animal architect yourself. Can you dig it? Join the crew!

- June 22 - Fantastic Beasts
Join us for a magical day of learning about different mythological beasts found in the marvelous world of Harry Potter and the real-life animals that inspired the beasts!

- June 29 - Nebraska Eco Systems
What makes Nebraska so special to countless species? Come join us at the Lee G. Simmons Conservational Park and Wildlife Safari and find out!

-July 13- Animal Behaviors
Don't judge! Some animals behaviors can seem offensive, but they are actually connected to survival. Take a closer look at why animals do what they do!

-July 20 - Conservation Heroes
Become a champion for all living things by joining us at the Zoo to learn about issues facing animals in our world today. Learn how YOU can help make a positive difference for these animals and the wildlife in your own neighborhood. Become a Conservation Hero today!
