LeadDiversity empowers you to redefine leadership, build equity and foster inclusion.

LeadDiversity is designed to build a network of leaders dedicated to creating opportunities and solutions related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Midwest region. Advocates receive exceptional skills training to move their workplaces and communities forward. it will redefine leadership both for individuals who participate and the organizations and businesses they represent.

Applications are open May 16, 2022 to June 17, 2022.

Why should I/ my employee participate?

Who Should Apply?
You! Advocates are leaders representing corporate, nonprofit, government, education, civic, and community organizations with a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Selection and Cost
All applicants will be notified by July 15, 2022. Sessions are monthly and will be in-person or virtual based on COVID-19 requirements. The monthly sessions run September 2022 through May 2023, with Graduation in June 2023. Applicants are evaluated on three criteria:
- Connectedness to your community
- Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and
- Willingness to promote systemic change.

Session topics include identity, Institutional inequities, Ethical Leadership, Disability and LGBTQIA+ rights and more. The workshops are designed to take participants on a journey through self-awareness and education to empower them with tools and skills to be advocates within their businesses/organizations and community.
