STEMKits

Prairie STEM’s response to COVID-19 was to create a Virtual STEAM Curriculum with the option of kits to help teachers
and districts incorporate hands on STEAM lessons.
Each kit contains materials for different Science
and/or Math activities, all aligned to state and
national standards. The fall semester of the 2020-
2021 school year saw 3,911 STEM Kits containing
14,112 STEAM lessons created and delivered to schools and students.

All lessons are individually packaged with an insert showing the list of materials included in that lesson. Each kit has the student’s grade indicated on the outside for ease of distribution. Kits contains materials for different Science and/or Math activities, all aligned to state and national standards. Lessons contain an SEL (Social Emotional Learning) objective and book extensions.

Kits are available for grades PreK - 8th grade.
