Girls in STEAM

The Girls in STEAM event is a 10-week program for girls ages 8-14 where we engage, enrich and empower girls to see themselves as someone who could excel in STEM education (and future careers) in a safe and positive environment. 5 weeks are reserved for S-T-E-A-M specific topics, the other 5 weeks are devoted to working on Nebraska Robotics Expo (NRE) events. Every week is wrapped around a girls-empowerment theme (Balance, Compassion, Empathy, Confidence, Equality, Strength, Leadership, Assertiveness, Resilience, Mindfulness).

Presentation format varies depending on the location.
