During the course of our work on federally funded initiatives, our staff has experienced first-hand the need for a better tool to record, analyze, and report on grant and program participants. Toward that end, our Educational and IT staff teamed up to develop “ARIA”, a web-based automated reporting and information aggregator.

Through the use of “ARIA” on our own federally funded programs and the programs of our clients, “ARIA” has proved to be an effective participant-tracking tool. “ARIA” allows you to:

  • Access real-time participant data anywhere, anytime using your computer’s Internet browser.
  • Run custom queries and reports.
  • Generate charts and graphs to easily view your data.
  • Store your data on a password-protected, secure server.
  • Receive training, support and quick updates from our knowledgeable Help Desk.

The standard version of AIM Institute’s “ARIA” system is designed specifically to help you manage your TRiO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) and Talent Search participant tracking. Our highly versatile solution has also been customized for the record-keeping management of non-TRiO grants sponsored by the U.S. Departments of Education, Labor, and Health and Human Services.

“After going through 3 or 4 databases – each with their own headaches (including cumbersome entry forms, poor tech help, non-responsiveness to updates and changes, lack of follow-through etc.) this company’s database is the Christmas gift we have been wishing for for years!” – Paul Levinson, Project Director, EOC Maui Community College, Kahului, Hawaii
